OFCCP Arbitration Concerning Two Supervisors in Year-End Performance Discussions - The NCFLL Wins!

Local 2139 President Jeff Darby filed the original grievance on October 5, 2007 because OFCCP in the Dallas Region had more than one supervisor/manager in the year-end performance discussion with the bargaining unit employee (BUE). THe arbitrator ruled that Article 43 of our Contract is clear – only the BUE’s supervisor is allowed in this meeting with the BUE. Download:
