Significant Arbitration & MSPB Decisions

Members of the bargaining unit are encouraged to read these decisions so that they may familiarize themselves with how to protect themselves from arbitrary and capricious actions. They are provided courtesy of Dempster Wheeler, National Vice President of the NCFLL and webmaster of www.NCFLL.org , and Local 2519 - www.2519.org

Please note that arbitration on behalf of an adverse action appeal for a bargaining unit member is done by the NCFLL and is at the sole discretion of the arbitration committtee. Representation by the local or the NCFLL before an outside agency, such as the MSPB or EEOC, is available for union members only. Please contact your steward for more information.
