Members of the bargaining unit are encouraged to read these decisions so that they may familiarize themselves with how to protect themselves from arbitrary and capricious actions. Please note that arbitration on behalf of an adverse action appeal for a bargaining unit member is done by the NCFLL and is at the sole discretion of the arbitration committtee.
